The legal basis is your free, express and informed consent and, where applicable, the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request or compliance with NEX's legal obligations in Venezuela.
4. Retention
We keep data for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and, thereafter, for the applicable legal periods. Résumés are kept for a maximum of twelve (12) months unless you request their deletion.

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties. We may use technology providers (for example, form or analytics services) acting as processors under confidentiality obligations.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, update, objection and erasure by writing to administracion@nexcomstuct.com. We will handle your request within the legal timeframes.
